IS REALITY MIRACULOUS OR ORDINARY?

Yes, it is true, as Albert Einstein said, you can live your life as if everything is a miracle, or as if everything is ordinary.

It is also true, as Niels Bohr said, that the opposite of an ordinary truth is a falsity, but the opposite of a profound truth may also be another profound truth!

Now, recall that in Hamlet, William Shakespeare said: “There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”

From these three quotes from three famously wise people, I have to conclude that I may choose to experience reality as very common and ordinary, or as divinely miraculous, and this choice can yield one of two profoundly different results: either the experience of misery and boredom, or joy and ecstasy!

WHO KNOWS?

“Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? – The Shadow knows!” These words were the dramatic opening lines of an American radio show about a super detective that reached its peak of popularity when it was narrated by Orson Welles, about the same time I first heard the crackling static of a radio set that I built myself with a Quaker oatmeal box, copper wire, and a quartz crystal in the little town of Pilot Knob in Arcadia Valley, Missouri. That was many years ago, but now is a good time to ask that question again, because evil certainly does lurk in the hearts of men, and women, or whatever some of the poor, deluded citizens of our world today imagine themselves to be, in these days of deliberately induced confusion.  

Words have meaning, but their meanings are imparted by the intent of those who are speaking. In these days when clever politicians can be bought for a few million dollars, and our elections are decided by carefully worded lies, who can know what the truth is? and who can know what evil lurks in the hearts of those who lie? The answer was given by a certain Jewish man named Jesus, who spoke at about the same time the evil of the Roman Empire reached its peak in the depths of the Dark Ages on this planet. Using analogies that existed in nature so anyone could understand, Jesus said, “Beware of false prophets. Just like thorn bushes do not bear grapes and briars do not bear figs, evil people do not produce anything that is good. You will know them by their fruits!” In other words, don’t be misled by the words that politicians and thieves use, but instead, understand who they really are by looking at the fruits of their actions.

If you are offended by my promotion of the words of a man whose memory became the icon of a huge religious organization, then you are a part of the problem at the heart of the sickness that infects our civilization today, not part of the solution. Remember that Jesus was not a Christian, just as Krishna was not a Hindu, Buddha was not a Buddhist, and Mohammed was not a Muslim. Jesus was not a Jew either, not according to the Sadducees and Pharisees of Orthodox Judaism at the time. He was a Spiritual Master, not a religious or political man. Religious organizations are not necessarily spiritual, they are just as religious and political as the individuals who run them. They reflect and magnify the evil, more often than the good, that lurks in the hearts of men. We can know what people and organizations are by their fruits, not by what they call themselves, or they promise!

A liar will promise whatever he believes will persuade you to contribute to his cause. But because he is a liar, the outcome of his cause, and consequently of your contribution, will not be good. So, be careful to avoid contributing to causes that have produced evil results in the past, or even to causes that might produce evil results, because by doing so, you risk becoming either deliberately, or unknowingly, complicit in the perpetuation of evil. The world, and indeed, even the universe and the cosmos are governed by inherently natural laws of mathematical logic and precision, and unfortunately, ignorance of those laws does make you immune to their effects.

Because we live in a physical world whose continued existence literally depends upon the stability of balanced dualities, from the quantum level to the cosmological scale, the minds of conscious beings in human form, including yours and mine, contain elements of both good and evil. As Jesus said in the Sermon on the Mount, “Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” Unfortunately, human religious and political organizations tend to magnify the extremes. So, in order to distinguish truth from falsehood, we need remember the historical past. As philosopher George Santayana said, “Those who cannot remember the past are doomed to repeat it.” And the past is replete with serious religious and political mistakes that violated natural law, resulting in untold misery and pain, death and destruction. Things better to be avoided.

If we are to avoid repeating the actions that led to horrible results in the past, it is very important that we remember our past history as it actually happened, not as we wish or imagine it may have happened. When we take an objective look at the fruits of their actions in the past, there is very little difference between religious and political organizations. They are both social organizations, and social organizations, based on religious and political ideas, have produced both good and bad results. In fact, human social organizations, regardless of what they are called, are formed and motivated by a mixture of religious and political ideas. Thus, like human consciousness itself, they contain both good and evil. But one thing is obvious: When social organizations are based on materialism, the pain, suffering, death, and destruction they inflict, are likely to be more horrific. This is because materialists are either ignorant of, or willfully reject the existence of the underlying spiritual nature of reality, and believe that ultimately, they will suffer no negative consequences for evil actions they may secretly commit against others. They believe that when the electro-chemical sparks that animate their physical brains flicker out, they will simply cease to exist. This is the most dangerous delusion of human existence because it involves rejection of the logical cause-and-result nature of reality, and the immortality of souls.

On Christmas Day we celebrate the birth of that Jewish man named Jesus, and we must marvel at the evil of the humanity that sought to kill one whose only desire was to save them from their own inherent evil. As I see it, the humanity that did that still exists today, not very much different in spirit from the humanity of 2000 years ago. Instead of opening our hearts to Him and the realization of the eternal nature our souls, most of us still worship at the altar of materialism, regardless of what we profess to believe. WHAT IS THE NATURE OF REALITY

AND THE PURPOSE OF EXISTENCE?

Introduction

You might think that trying to answer the two questions posed above is a little over-ambitious for a blogpost of a few hundred words, but the nature of reality and the purpose of existence can be summed up in two sentences:

 

1)    Reality is everything that actually exists.

 

2)    The purpose of existence is to provide opportunities for individuals like you and me to expand our consciousness from the awareness of limited finite portions of reality to a comprehensive awareness of the entire cosmos, as it expands into infinity.

 

End of blogpost? No, the proof that this characterization of the nature of reality and the purpose of existence is correct lies in the pudding of the explanation of how I arrived at these conclusions in the first place.

 

In this post, I am using a method of presentation that I first heard described by the elderly pastor of a little country church in Southern Missouri when I was a child. When asked how he planned and delivered his Sunday sermons, he said: “Well, first I tell them what I’m fixin’ to tell them, then, I tell it to them - and after that - after I have told it to them, I explain to them what I just done told them!”

 

I have told you what I’m fixing to say in answer to the two questions posed in the title above. So, in the rest of this blogpost, I will tell you briefly how I arrived at those answers, and then I will repeat the answers and more, in the summary and conclusion at the end of the post.

Relevant Academic Research and Writing Background

I first became a published author in this lifetime in 1955, as an undergraduate college student majoring in physics and mathematics, and a member of an on-campus creative writing club. I earned membership in Kappa Mu Epsilon, the National Honorary Mathematics Society in 1956. I taught high-school mathematics and science and worked on an MS in theoretical physics from 1962 to 1965. I co-authored several professional papers while working as a charter member of the US Department of Interior Systems Analysis Group from1967 to 1976, and I also began working on my PhD during that time.

My first non-fiction book, The Book of Atma, with unique proofs of several important mathematical theorems in the appendices, was published by a major New York publisher in 1977. While working as an environmental engineer, hydrogeologist, and Director of Business Development for major engineering firms in Saudi Arabia, parts of the Middle East, Boston, and California, from 1981 until 1987, I continued to work on my PhD and my derivation of the calculus of distinctions.

 

I published the basics of the calculus of distinctions with applications to physics and symbolic logic in Infinite Continuity, in 1990, and in 1997, I published Transcendental Physics, Integrating the Search for Truth, after the manuscript won first prize in the non-fiction book category in the Heartland Writer’s Guild in 1995. Over the next five years, as I founded and built Close Environmental Consultants, and EJC Enterprises, and Transcendental Physics attracted the attention of several of the leading researchers working in the application of quantum physics to consciousness studies.

 

From 2001 to 2005, I collaborated with Russian mathematician Vladimir Brandon of Interphysica Lab in Moscow, and contributed to the book, Elements of Mathematical Theory of Intellect, published in Moscow in 2003. In 2003, I also published Big Creek Geology, History, Folklore, and Trail Guide, followed in 2005 by Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science, and in 2007, Nature’s Mold Rx, the non-toxic Solution to Toxic Mold.

 

In August  2008, I qualified for membership in The International Society for Philosophical Enquiry (ISPE), and in 2009, began collaboration with Dr. Vernon Neppe, MD, PhD, founder of the Pacific Neuropsychiatric Institute in Seattle Washington. Dr. Neppe and I authored Reality Begins with Consciousness in 2011, and we have published numerous papers and articles for a variety of technical journals and online magazines from that time until the present.

 

Over a period of less than ten years, I rose through the ranks of the ISPE to earn the title of Senior Research Fellow and was elected to Diplomate status in 2018. During that time, I was also honored as a distinguished Fellow of the Exceptional Creative Achievement Organization, and became a Lifetime member of ISI, with documented IQ in the top seven one-hundredths of one percent of the unselected adult population. I was recognized as a gifted polymath and became a member of International MENSA’s Exceptional and Profoundly Gifted Special Interest Group. Dr. Neppe and I received the highly coveted and rarely bestowed Harding Award for outstanding contributions to ISPE and human society, and in February 2013, we received the Gabino Barreda Award for excellence in science and education from the Mexican Government in Puebla Mexico.

 

From 2000 until 2020, I was an invited guest speaker at twenty-seven conferences in ten states, Mexico, Australia, and Romania. During that time period, I also spoke at Mensa meetings, and was interviewed on numerous radio and TV talk shows, including Coast to Coast with George Noory, (twice), The Power Hour with Joyce Riley, (numerous times), and Shirley MacLaine’s Independent Expression Radio. I have also done several YouTube discussions on New Thinking Allowed, Conversations on the Leading Edge of Knowledge and Discovery, with the brilliant host of Thinking Allowed, Dr. Jeffrey Mishlove.

 

My last book, Secrets of the Sacred Cube, A Cosmic Love Story, with considerable detail about modeling, and a wealth of additional information, was published in 2019, and in 2020, I was honored with the unique Immortality Science Award from the Academia Ars Morendi, in Bucharest Romania, and currently, I am International Ambassador and titular President of Ars Morendi, an honor bestowed on me by Ms. Grig Oprea, the inspirational founder of the Academia. Finally, My next book is Survival, documentation of a controlled scientific experiment proving the survival of the consciousness of my late wife, Jacquelyn Ann Hill-Close, set up by Dr, Gary Schwartz, accomplished professor of psychology, medicine, neurology, psychiatry, and surgery at the University of Arizona, and Director of the Laboratory for Advances in Consciousness and Health. The Survival manuscript is with a European publisher now and is expected to be released in the late Summer or Fall of this year.

 

Despite the amount of recognition I have received, with honors, awards, speaking engagements, participation in conferences and talk shows, and acceptance into several ultra-High-IQ societies, I still felt very honored and humbled when Dr. Schwartz, asked me to participate in the very first Summit meeting of the founding members of the Academy for the Advancement of Postmaterialist Sciences (AAPS) at Canyon Ranch near Tucson Arizona in August 2017. I was invited to participate in the Summit because of my work on the TDVP post-materialist model of reality with Dr Vernon Neppe. As a result of being part that meeting, I was also asked to write a chapter in the Academy’s first published volume: Is Consciousness Primary?  This important compendium of essays, on why the scientists present at the August 2017 AAPS summit think that consciousness is a fundamental aspect of reality, is available on Amazon, and more information is available on the AAPS website, which can be accessed by clicking on the link:  https://www.aapsglobal.com/

 

My chapter in AAPS Vol. I is titled: Mathematical Unification of Mass, Energy, Space, Time, and Consciousness. An early version of  AAPS Vol. I also contains an appendix that I prepared, introducing the Calculus of Distinctions, a system of quantized mathematical logic critical to the understanding of the role of consciousness in physical reality. Regrettably, my appendix was eliminated from the final edition of Vol. I because of editing constraints and the very considerable difficulties associated with the creation and importation of the unique graphic symbols needed for the proper presentation of the calculus. However, the basic reasoning proving the objective existence of gimmel, the non-material part of reality that stabilizes the atoms of the periodic table of elements, is translated into contemporary mathematics in my chapter.

 

I highlight this important connection with Dr. Schwartz and the AAPS because the existence of my chapter in the Academy’s first published volume is an important additional resource for anyone interested in the mathematical logic behind the paradigm shift embodied in the Triadic Dimensional Vortical Paradigm (TDVP) and the resulting proof of the existence of gimmel, the measurable third form of objective reality, besides mass and energy, arguably the most important scientific discovery of this century.

 

The Fundamentals of Conscious Existence

I have made the point in earlier posts and publications that, as conscious beings, we are all involuntary model builders. We have to be model builders, simply because we do not experience objective reality directly. The only thing we experience directly is our own consciousness, the content of which consists of memory images of past experiences and the patterns of energetic impulses currently impacting consciousness through the five senses.

The many forms of vibratory energy flooding the cosmos are filtered by the processes of perception to avoid sensory overload, and the frequencies critical to the survival of the physical vehicles of consciousness are automatically processed by involuntary neurological processes, and compared with the images of pre-existing models of reality, which are comprised of a huge number of patterns of chemically activated electrical impulses stored in the neural networks of the brain for access as mental images. They are, of course, not reality itself. They are personal models, composed of mental images of an existing dynamic reality that changes over time, and they may also be distorted to some extent by false ego-driven fantasies. Never-the-less, new informational patterns are compared with the existing patterns stored in your brain, and are accepted as real, or rejected as meaningless, depending upon whether or not they are consistent with your internal models of reality.

The fact that a stable objective reality actually exists outside of the accepted confines of your immediate physically conscious vehicle, is evidence of a real, consistent underlying logical structure that is there to be discovered by conscious beings equipped with sensing mechanisms capable of perceiving and understanding it. If that were not the case, no science would be possible. If, on the other hand, as a conscious being, you are not happy with your experience of existence, it is probable that it is your consciousness that needs to be changed, not reality. The objective reality of the physical universe is not intrinsically good or evil, it just exists, reflecting the logic of the primary form of consciousness, supportive of your existence as a living organism, but largely independent of your awareness of it.

At this stage in the evolution of the mental and spiritual virtue of human consciousness on this planet, the only thing that the average human being experiences directly is his or her own consciousness, which contains an internal model of reality composed of mental images stored in the memory of the ego, which is one’s own immediate personal sense of self, and the perceived relationship of that ego to reality. But, because the essence of a person’s individualized consciousness is an imagined self-centered reality, tacitly accepted as real, it is very difficult for us to change our internal models to make them more closely aligned with the reality that actually exists.

If you try to “re-imagine” reality in an egoistic effort to force reality to conform to your internal model, then you will be fighting an uphill battle that you will lose in the end. Objective reality reflects the logical structure of Primary Consciousness, which will prevail over the impact of individual models, even if objective reality may be affected by the combined impact of individual conscious entities at the quantum level, a theory of existence sometimes called consensus reality.

Reality is only one thing, and it is holistically perfect in the sense that it is the only truly logical system that actually exists in any present moment. But time is a very tricky illusion. As Albert Einstein noted in his last appendix to his theory of relativity, space and time have no existence of their own; they are dimensions of the extent of reality that simply do not exist without the existence of at least one quantum of objective content. And objective content is composed of mass, energy, and gimmel. Notice that I said mass. Not matter. As Max Planck declared: “there is no matter as such” and as Einstein observed, and TDVP analysis validates: mass proves to be nothing more than a measurement of the resistance of an object made up of rapidly spinning components to acceleration by an external force.

Application of the calculus of dimensional distinctions to the combination of two up quarks and one down quark to form a proton (the most stable physical object in the universe) results in the discovery that a specific number of units of non-material gimmel is necessary to make the proton, and consequently all of reality, stable. This, in turn implies that everything that exists in the physical universe consists of whole numbers of quantum triadic rotational units of equivalence (TRUE) of mass, energy, and gimmel, exhibiting measurable dimensions of space, time, and consciousness. In plain English, existence consists of finite manifestations of Primary Consciousness in the form of the unified spinning of vortices of mass, energy, and gimmel, expanding cyclically into and out of the infinity of Primary Consciousness.  

Summary and Conclusion

Applications of the quantum calculus reveals the fact that reality consists of all of the logically consistent combinations of mass, energy, and consciousness that are possible, interacting in nine finite dimensions within the infinite field of Primary Consciousness. As such, physical reality is a finite reflection of the logic of Primary Consciousness, expanding continuously out of, and back into itself, making the nine dimensions of space, time, and consciousness nonlocal, non-linear and cyclic. Specific conclusions that follow from the application of the logic of the Calculus of Dimensional Distinctions (CoDD), using the mass and volume of the free electron as the natural basic quantum equivalence unit, to analyze quantum phenomena, include, but are not limited to the following:

·         Reality is the totality of everything that exists.

·         The elementary spinning objects that make up the atoms of physical reality are not particles of solid material; they are symmetrical vortices, spinning in at least three mutually orthogonal dimensions in the infinitely continuous field of  Primary Consciousness, exhibiting specific quantum measures of mass-energy, spacetime, and gimmel.

·         The universe provides life-supporting physical worlds on which individual conscious beings have the opportunity to learn how to expand their consciousness and advance on the path of physical, mental, and  spiritual virtue, if they choose to do so.

·         None of the basic measurable variables of reality, space, time, mass, energy, and gimmel have any objective independent existence of their own. They only exist as complementary elements of the objective manifestations of consciousness.

·         Consciousness is not only a fundamental aspect of existence, it also is the primary essence of existence, from which everything arises, evolves, and eventually returns.

Accelerating Consciousness Expansion

ESCAPING THE DELUSION

There are as many methods to accelerate consciousness expansion as there are people who have done it. However, that’s still a very small number, relative to the number pf people who claim to be enlightened. There are many fake gurus. That’s part of the evil side of human consciousness, call it duality, Satan, Lucifer, or whatever. How can you tell a real spiritual teacher from the want-to-be gurus? By the fruits of their actions. If a self-proclaimed know-it-all’s personal life is a mess, why would you take advice from him?

Fortunately, there are a few who have already expanded their consciousness all the way to the Ultimate goal of Cosmic Consciousness, either in this life, or in previous lives. Yes, this can happen even during these dark times while the mental and spiritual virtue of the average inhabitant of this planet is very low; and when you are ready, it will happen to you.

I have been blessed to meet a few of those who have expanded consciousness beyond the current prevalent level. One began a talk about the Ultimate, saying: “The Spiritual Masters of all ages have reached the Ultimate, but there is a problem: how can it be explained to those who haven’t?” No word can describe the Ultimate, no group can achieve it, and those organizations that aspire to achieve the ultimate, quickly become subverted by the innate evil of this world lurking in our minds, unseen in plain sight! This is why I recommend avoiding becoming involved with institutionalized organizations as much as possible. It is best to embark upon the path of consciousness expansion without pre-conceived religious, philosophical, or scientific notions, because they are effective mental barriers to spiritual progress, blocking the direct experience of reality. Adopting someone else’s belief system is like trying to see the sunrise while covering your head with a blanket.

Before I write about practical techniques of consciousness expansion, it is incumbent upon me to try to dispel the popular delusion about science and religion, if I can. As they exist at this time on this planet, organized science and organized religion provide fertile grounds for the trickery of the forces of evil. Both mainstream science and world-wide religious organizations entail belief systems that invite you to blindly engage in unquestioning acceptance. Real science and real religion do not require mindless compliance and they are not antithetical. Both should be dedicated to finding the truth about the nature of reality. When fully integrated, they will comprise the one and only true religion. But right now, this world has many false religions.

There is one very powerful false religion griping the world today, and it’s hidden in plain sight. It’s called mainstream science. That title is very misleading. Big science is no longer real science. It has been politically corrupted and turned into a money-making, brain-washing scheme for the ultimate social evil of soul-destroying dialectic materialism. Like any other religion, natural science started off with honest inquiry and good intent, but in just a few hundred years, it has become the opposite of what was intended. The more powerful mainstream science becomes, the more it works to undermine and shut down any thinking that is not consistent with its paradigm. It especially deplores the objective investigation of non-physical phenomena and spirituality.

Like any other corrupted belief system, it has become a powerful mechanism that is used by the egoistic tyrannical elite to control the masses through the carrot and stick of material rewards and fear of annihilation. Like any other false religion, it has to put down free thought. An enlightened proletariat is a threat to the ruling class today, exactly the same way it was in 553 A.D., when Justinian I subverted the real spiritual content of the teachings of Jesus in early Christianity by crucifying its Jewish leaders and putting what Justinian saw as a growing cult threatening his absolute authority, under the control of the Holy Roman Empire. I have spent a large part of my life studying to become a scientist, earning degrees, teaching math and science, getting science-related jobs, and working as a scientist. The biggest mistake that honest people who identify themselves as members of mainstream science can make, is to allow themselves to fall into the trap of believing that no one knows more than they do. The moment you fall into the delusion that no thought has any value unless it is recognized by mainstream science and fits into the mainstream paradigm, you are no longer likely to make much real progress, because you have become a member of the religious cult of scientism. Just like members of a religious sect who believe that only they are going to Heaven, members of the cult of scientism believe that only they have found the real path to truth and utopia.

Like every religion, scientism, had exciting potential for doing good when it began with the magnificent discoveries of a few very brilliant people. But the light brought into the world fades when the geniuses are gone, and lesser beings take over to institutionalize the teachings and discoveries. Just a few years ago, I realized that the science I was enthralled with when I first found Albert Einstein’s relativity, had been subverted by the evil of egoism. The realization struck home when I heard a leading scientist seeking publicity say: “We are nothing but debris flying away from a big explosion!” And I heard a young woman in an interview on national TV, say: “I am a scientist, so of course, I am an atheist.”

When I decided to become a theoretical physicist, I didn’t sign up to be an atheist! Far from it. On that summer evening in 1951, standing on the bank of that farm pond less than a mile from where I now live, I called out to God, and He answered! Suddenly, my consciousness was expanded beyond my comprehension, and immediately I saw the Holy Spirit glowing in everything around me and heard the sound of silence reverberating in my soul. You can read my account of that experience on page 43 of my first book, The Book of Atma, Libra Publishers, New York, 1977, if you want. From that moment on, I knew that real science and real spirituality are actually one and the same thing. There’s only one reality. It is not in conflict with itself, and your consciousness is designed to experience it directly, not through the filter of crafty word salads prepared by the minions of evil.

I am not against science. I am against the use of science for political gain. When politicians say, “We’re following the science”, they are relying on the likelihood that listeners have bought into the lie that science is always right. Politicians who say that they will always follow the science are lying to you. They will only follow “the science” when it agrees with their agenda. And science is not always right, because the very meaning of science is to probe, hypothesize, test, and falsify or verify. Science is constantly changing as consciousness expands to discover new aspects of reality.

So, what are some of the ways that might be helpful if you want to try to expand your consciousness? Self-inquiry, science, prayer, religious ritual, seeking the fellowship of saints, practicing the presence of God, meditation techniques, mental exercises, psychological analysis, positive thinking, affirmations, mantras, spiritual pilgrimages, Yoga, Buddhism, Christian mysticism, Sufism, fasting, mind-altering substances, reading the Bible, asking what would Jesus do? All of the above, some of the above, none of the above? Actually, the approach that will work best for you depends on where you are in your own personal spiritual journey. Perhaps I need to elaborate on that briefly.

AN OVERVIEW OF REALITY AND OUR PLACE IN IT

People alive on the planet at this time, tend to gravitate toward one of two states of mind: the giver or the taker. Th taker never has enough, and the giver can never give enough, so both are in a perpetual state of need. But reality is not binary, it is triadic. The third choice is to realize that in reality, we possess nothing, and have no need to give or receive. Possessing nothing, we have everything. Trying to possess something, we have nothing. To be clear, I am not advocating communism, where the state owns everything, or capitalism, where the banks own everything. Whatever the form of government, preferably somewhere between the extremes, the individual should realize that ultimately, no one, and no organization of people can ever possess any part of reality. Even your body is a gift from God, not a possession. It's a gift over which you are given responsibility, not ownership. The third way is the royal way: the way of the observant, benevolent king. And the triadic nature of reality is important to keep in mind for many reasons.

Recall the quote from Nikola Tesla in the last post:

“If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6, and 9, then you would have a key to the universe.”

The magnificence of the 3, 6, and 9 is displayed in the symmetry and grandeur of the repetitive patterns in the kingdom of creation. But reality can only be understood from the point of view of a conscious observer. Conceptualizations that do not include consciousness in its three forms: primary, secondary, and tertiary, are incomplete and misleading. An overview, from the primary, cosmic, or galactic point of view, is one of a smooth, infinitely continuous progression from the simplicity of the first binary distinction to the infinite complexity of God. That smooth progression is not linear, but increasingly exponential and multi-dimensional as galactic time goes on.

As you zoom in on a segment of the progression, toward the lower end, where we are today as human beings on Planet Earth (Planetary Time 2022 A.D.), the progression begins to look grainy, composed of objects that are composed of elements that are composed of quantized matter, energy, and consciousness. Matter is spatial, energy is temporal, and consciousness is the self-referential aspect of quantized mass, energy, and consciousness. But the essence of reality is infinitely continuous and non-physical. As pointed out in the many previous publications and posts, reality is mostly (about 95.1% at present) non-physical. Recall that Tesla said:

“The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena; it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.”

As part of humanity, you and I, dear reader, are part of the science of the future that Tesla refers to. We will become experts in consciousness expansion by trying all of the methods listed in the last paragraph of the previous section of this post over many lifetimes. Experts are not necessarily special or gifted. An expert in a given endeavor is just someone who has made pretty much all of the mistakes that can be made in relation to that endeavor. Here, I would like to paraphrase Nikola Tesla:

The human brain is a receiver. The transmitter is the heart of reality, from which love, knowledge, strength, and inspiration radiate. Everyone should consider his [or her] body a priceless gift from one whom we love above all, a marvelous work of art, of indescribable beauty, and mystery beyond human conception, and so delicate … an antenna capable of tuning in to the thoughts of G0D!

It is incumbent upon each and every human being to do everything within our power to determine exactly where we are, singularly and collectively, on the spiritual journey, and find the perfect method for our individual advancement toward Cosmic Consciousness, as kings and queens in the Kingdom of Heaven.

 

ESCAPING FROM THE PRISON

The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness! – Matthew 6:22-23

Your body can be a dark prison of despair, or it can be a temple/laboratory filled with light. Which do you want? It’s your choice. We have to admit, however, that, for most of us, making our eye single and turning our bodies from dark prisons into divine laboratories of light is much easier said than done! In fact, it is so difficult that most people don’t even try; most prefer to relent, rather than repent, sink into habit, and think of the scripture above as only a metaphor, and the forces of evil rejoice.

APPROACHING THE THRESHOLD

Flashes of Light

After practicing consciousness-stabilizing meditation techniques for a while, or when in a deep state of relaxation just before going to sleep at night, you may see flashes of light or swirling whiteness behind the darkness of closed eyes. I am not referring to light flashes that may form in the optic nerve or brain from the random activation of light receptors and firing of synapses in the brain that sometimes occurs just after you turn the light out and your physical eyes are trying to see when there is nothing for them to see. I am also not talking about the circular light images caused by the light pressure of your finger tips on your closed eyes in yoga practices like Yoti Mudra, that are designed to create light images to focus your attention.

I am talking about the light that exists beyond such physically generated images, the real light from the threshold and beyond. That light comes into your consciousness through the spiritual eye, the single eye, located slightly above, and in front of the two physical eyes. Our physical eyes are limited to reception of only a very narrow band of electromagnetic radiation, the spiritual eye is not.

 

Objective Self Inquiry

Many people are drawn to the guided self-inquiry of psychoanalysis, and they generally enjoy it, as long as it is comfortable and reassuring to the ego, but they often recoil and avoid the real, objective Self-inquiry that I am talking about here, because it exposes the ego as a fraud. When the ego begins to dissolve, fear of oblivion comes to its rescue. Believing that attachment to the body is the only reality, the ego sees death of the body as the end of everything and tries to hold on as long as it can.

It is to the ego’s advantage to hide the existence of the threshold from you by promoting the lie that nothing exists but matter and physical force, that physical forms of organic life are the only venues of consciousness, and that death is the scary “undiscovered country from whose bourn no traveler returns”. If you never experience consciousness outside of the body during this life, the lie might as well be true. But escaping the physical and intellectual traps of life on this planet will take considerable effort and then an effortless effort on your part.

Being aware that there is a threshold, upon which moving forward into a more expanded state of consciousness may be possible, is a start. But the negative forces of duality have given your ego a lot of tricks to employ, including the ability to conjure up attractive images and fantasies. So, care must be taken to develop a strict discipline of internal objectivity; otherwise, a lot of precious time and energy can be wasted reacting to imaginary demons and chasing false flags, all designed to distract and hide real spiritual phenomena from you. The key is to cultivate a calm, expectant, but patient awareness. Then, Primary Consciousness, the higher intelligence behind all things, will reveal itself to you when you are ready.

The natural entropy of the physical form and your attachment to it makes it seem that your hair is on fire, and that you must act. “Do something, even if it is wrong!” but that is the illusion of time that comes along with attachment to a physical body. Physical time is quantized, but spiritual time is infinitely deep and continuous. An important part of the spiritual journey lies in developing the patience to be able to surrender to the will of God and allow yourself to become aligned with the natural patterns of reality and the logic of Primary Consciousness. When you are aligned, your consciousness expands, and you begin to see the whole picture, you realize that that everything is exactly as it should be. Then life is no longer the weathering of a storm, you can dance in the rain, see God’s love in a wild flower, and eternity in an hour. Once you are fully awake, you know that your body is a truly a temple of light; you know that the darkness of sleep and death can no longer touch you; you know that you are immortal, and you know that there is nothing, and never was, anything to fear.

Looking Back

The discovery of the existence of a measurable form of consciousness, now known as gimmel, the third form of physical reality after mass and energy, has a well-documented history. Important parts of that history reach all the way back to the works of the French mathematician Pierre de Fermat with his famous Last Theorem in1637, and the German mathematician Georg Cantor with his Infinity of infinities, around 1900. The discovery of the existence of gimmel about a decade ago, led to the formulation of the Neppe-Close Triadic Dimensional Vortical Paradigm (TDVP) a major paradigm-shifting model. A brief summary of that history is an appropriate background for this post. Here it is, presented in reverse order:

Dr. Vernon Neppe, MD, PhD, and I have been working together for about fourteen years now, and we have published scores of peer-reviewed papers, and five editions of Reality Begins with Consciousness, explaining TDVP and the mathematics behind it. I published an infinite descent proof of the existence of a non-physical final receptor in the process of human perception in Appendix C of : A CALCULUS OF DISTINCTIONS PROOF of The Existence of Non-Quantum Receptors, in my third book, TRANSCENDENTAL PHYSICS, Paradigm Press, Jackson Missouri, 1997, and I had previously published the basic development of the calculus of distinctions seven years earlier, in my second book, Infinite Continuity, A Theory Unifying Relativity and Quantum Physics, released in 1990.

Prior to that, in 1965, I used the basic reasoning of infinite descent to prove Pierre de Fermat’s Last Theorem (FLT), which became an important part of the logic leading straight through the calculus of distinctions to proof of the existence of gimmel, the non-physical part of electrons and quarks, the building blocks of the atoms of the periodic table.

The 1965 proof of FLT, with documentation of its first submittal to mainstream mathematicians, was published in an appendix of my first published book, The Book of Atma, Libra Publishers, Inc, New York, 1977, and the history of the various reviews and unsuccessful attempts to disprove FLT65 since then is available in the archive s of this blogsite.

 

Disclaimer

In this series of blogposts, I am discussing science and spirituality from the viewpoint of biopsychophysics, a new scientific discipline initiated by TDVP, with its own system of mathematical logic. Major paradigm shifts of the past have always required new mathematics. Relativity, e.g., required the new mathematics of four-dimensional spacetime, and quantum physics required new geometric and probabilistic interpretations of matrix algebra and probabilistic wave equations. TDVP requires the complexity of quantum equivalence units, a quantum calculus, dimensional extrapolation, and a new interpretation of Diophantine equations. It should not be too surprising that a paradigm shift from the simplicity of materialism to the hyper-dimensional complexity of biopsychophysics, encompassing non-physical phenomena, would require some pretty complex new mathematics.

In this series of posts, I will be making some predictions, but I am not claiming to be a seer, prophet, or spiritual guru, inspired by visions from God, I am simply reporting here on some of the more significant findings resulting from applications of the quantum mathematics of the calculus of dimensional distinctions to human experience. My role at this point, and the purpose of these posts is to explain, to the best of my ability, the mathematical logic of TDVP and the proof of the existence of measurable non-physical gimmel and its relationship to the expansion of consciousness in a way that almost anyone can understand.

 

Looking Forward

In a very important book, The Holy Science, by Paramahansa Yogananda’s Guru, Swami Sri Yukteswar Giri, written in India in 1894, copyrighted, and reprinted in the US by Self-Realization Fellowship in 1949, the periodic astronomical movements of the planet Earth are meticulously traced and correlated astrologically with the historical advancement of science and civilization, reflecting the advancement of mental and spiritual virtue from the time we exited the Kali Yuga (the lowest age of conscious virtue) in 1599, and moved into the Dwapara Yuga, an age of expanding consciousness, until the time the book was written in1894, and beyond, all the way to the next high point of consciousness expansion, 10,477 years in the future.

Please don’t be put off by my use of some remnants of Sanskrit terminology from Jainism, Hinduism, and Buddhism. It is the most expressive way of conveying knowledge from the last apex of human enlightenment in 11,501 B.C, and an important part of what I am trying to do is to facilitate the integration of the core truths of all human efforts to understand the nature of reality, both scientific and spiritual. It is only that kind of integration that will counteract Satan’s devious efforts to divide and conquer the spirit of the human soul.

The group consciousness of sentient beings on this planet will expand into the great understanding of Cosmic Consciousness in the fullness of God’s time, some ten-thousand years in the future. There is nothing the forces of Evil can do to stop it. But, for those on the threshold of true awakening now, that is too long to wait. Even though it may be said by a talented poet who was slowly going blind, that “they also serve who only stand and wait”, God’s Love has provided wonderful ways for beleaguered souls, those of us who do not want to stand and wait for ten thousand years, to forge ahead of the pack. Be forewarned, however, that Satan’s minions will spare no effort to block and throw doubt upon those wonderous ways and those who pursue them!

In future blogposts, I hope to be able to focus on some of those wonderous ways that have been provided for us by God’s Avatars (fully enlightened souls), who have gone before. For now, please receive the waves of Love that I am sending from my heart of hearts, embedded in the substrate of Primary Consciousness, to your heart, embedded in the same pervasive extension of the Great I Am.
