Overhead, two
red-tailed hawks
Float on the morning
breeze,
While in the forest
hunger stalks
Its prey among the falling leaves.

More living things will have to die.
No one grieves for

bloody rolls,
But is there any way
this cannot be
A massive harvesting
of souls?
The seeds were
planted long ago
Upon this spinning
ball of mud,
A fertile garden
meant to grow
Crops of muscle, bone
and blood.
Structures made of living
cells,
Connected row on row,
Like artfully
crafted citadels,
Designed for Souls to
grow.
But now so many have
succumbed,
To the lure of Satan’s

I am not writing
this because I am expecting to change opinions. I am writing because, if even
one human being can alerted to what is going on and find the way to escape the
massive headlong plunge into oblivion being engineered by the self-appointed
elite, covert groups promoting a Godless global utopia over which they expect
to rule, then it will have served a purpose.
I retreated from
public argument about this subject a few months ago because when speaking of
facts about which I had first-hand knowledge, I was attacked, called names,
sworn at, and censored by people who have been subtly brainwashed by the covert
elite. I am not so thin-skinned that such attacks bother me much, because I
have weathered such attacks before from misguided atheistic zealots who imagined
that they were scientists or intellectuals. But when friends for whom I care
very much, accused me of repeating conspiracy theories, and started parroted
“fact-checking” propaganda from the liberal echo chamber, I realized that the
brainwashing had gone much deeper than I realized. But now, I am prompted by
spiritual imperatives to speak truth as I see it.
I first became aware
of the long-term plans of global Marxism to undermine American academic intellectual
freedom in 1962, when I was a graduate student in theoretical physics. I didn’t
take it too seriously at the time because the claim came from a Chinese
National grad student after he had had a few too many drinks, so I dismissed it
as delusional bravado, even though Russian Premier Nikita Khrushchev was saying
the same thing publicly.
In 1968 I was
recruited as one of the charter members of the Department of Interior Systems
Analysis Group, specializing in environmental modeling. In this position, I was
active in state-of-the-art mathematical modeling of environmental systems, which
included developing predictive climate-change models. During the years I was in
Washington DC (1969-1972) I became aware of long-term efforts to undermine the
US Democratic Republic form of Government as specified in the Constitution and
Bill of Rights, by Socialist operatives covertly embedded in government and the
ranks of un-elected Civil Service employees.
In 2018, after
rising to the top echelons of three different international ultra-high IQ
Societies, I was approached by members of an elite, globally influential group
with promises of fantastic financial assistance and benefits, including the
world’s best medical treatment for my wife Jacqui, who was dying of acute
kidney failure. All I had to do was pledge allegiance to their cause, and
promise to “follow instructions without question, when the time came.” This
requirement of blind obedience gave me pause, because I have always considered
myself an independent thinker; but with the prospect of saving my loving
partner’s life, and having unlimited funds for travel and research, I felt had
to consider the offer very seriously. Ultimately, I balked and broke off
communications with the group for two reasons: 1) When we were presented with all
her options by the medical experts, Jacqui, who had already suffered through
many years of severe pain and more than six years of daily dialysis, decided -
against my expressed will - to avoid further painful medical treatment and go
on hospice; and 2) as I learned more about this “elite” organization who were
promising so much, their rituals, procedures, and goals, I realized that I
could not go down that path. It is not an exaggeration to say that I believed to
do so would have been tantamount to selling my soul to the Devil.
Disclaimer: I cannot,
and will not, provide details about the global organization mentioned above, or
name the individuals who contacted me. I will remain silent concerning such
details, because I must, for a number of compelling reasons that the reader may
or may not be able to fathom.
I believe that my experiences
over more than forty years as a student, teacher, physicist, mathematician, hydrologist,
hydrogeologist, systems analyst, professional engineer (PE), writer, and
consciousness researcher, living, working, and traveling in forty US states,
and fifteen countries, studying in eight
universities, including state universities in three states, private schools, and
Johns Hopkins University, earning degrees in mathematics and physics, a PhD in
environmental science and engineering, and pursuing independent post-doctoral
research in physics, medicine, psychology, and consciousness studies, give me a
right to speak. Those experiences have provided the background for my current
worldview and understanding of the nature of reality.
I have published
over eight hundred papers and articles and ten non-fiction books. I have received
awards and international recognition in multiple fields, including environmental
engineering, quantum physics, education, and alternative healthcare modalities,
and I have been identified as a polymath by experts in organizations that study
human intelligence. I have enjoyed membership and earned certification in at
least nine exclusive intellectual and professional associations and societies,
including the National Honorary Mathematics Society, the American Institute of
Hydrology, and the American Society of professional Engineers, as well as MENSA
and other high IQ Societies. I am currently a Distinguished Fellow of the
Exceptional Creative Achievement Organization, a Diplomate (the highest earned
rank) in the International Society for Philosophical Enquiry, and a
Distinguished Life Member of two additional ultra-high IQ organizations.
I have also studied
the world’s major religions and esoteric sub-groups, including the Essenes, the
Rosicrucian Order, Kabbalah, Dao, Zen Buddhism, Tibetan Yoga, Sufism, and
advanced Yoga meditation techniques, which I have practiced daily since 1960,
when I was initiated as a Kriyaban by Sri Dayamata, President of the
Self-Realization Fellowship in Los Angeles California. I have been a charter
member of three different exclusive groups of thinkers, dealing with the
environment, health care, and human consciousness. Does all this make me an
authority on subjects related to the current world crises? Not necessarily, but
it does suggest that I may have a uniquely well-informed point of view.
Please bear with me
as I try to provide you with the proper context within which I believe my
comments about the nature of Reality, human experience of Reality, and the
current world crisis may be understood. First, I want to ask you to think about
everything in terms of modeling. Not in the sense of abstract academic mathematical
modeling, with complex equations, algorithms, and theoretical paradigms, with
which I am uniquely familiar, but in a much more basic way, in the form of thinking
of the images we create in our minds as models of reality. This is appropriate
and practical, because conceptional analog modeling is what our minds do. For

The average
conscious being at this point in the physical and spiritual evolution of this
planet, acts as if his or her mental images are identical with reality, but in
fact, they are not. Science has shown that our experience of reality through
the five physical senses is very indirect. Elementary science books describe
how various forms of vibratory energy emanate or are reflected from physical objects
and impact receptors in our eyes, ears, noses, fingers, and taste buds,
activating electrochemical impulses that are carried by the extensive nervous
systems in our bodies to our brains, where we interpret this data as
information about the physical characteristics of objects existing in reality.
Over time, complex mental images of the reality that we believe to be “out
there” are built up in the neural networks in our brains, and all new incoming
data are compared with those images. Because mental images are not stable, and are affected by
emotional dynamics like desire, fear, and expectation, there is no guarantee that
they are anything close to a one-to-one correspondence with reality. But we
continue to take our mental images to be reality - literally making the mistake
of confusing the map with the territory. This conflation of conceptual mental
images with reality is the basis of much confusion and opens the door to the eternal
struggle of good versus evil.
Because of my extensive
training and experience in environmental modeling, I think it is appropriate here
to briefly discuss the science and politics of the climate change issue. While
it is true that a few politicians have backgrounds in science, most do not, and
when career politicians say they are following the science, you can be almost
certain that they are not! They will reference science when they think it
supports their political agenda, and totally ignore it when it does not.
Scientists are human beings too, and their success and recognition, especially
in academia, most often depend on getting adequate funding. Wealthy political
activists are happy to fund scientific research only if they believe it will
support their political agendas, and scientists will emphasize outcomes potentially
favorable to the political agendas of potential benefactors in proposals in
order to increase their chances of getting funding.
Because of its
complex multi-disciplinary nature, predictive environmental modeling is as much
an art as it is a science. Comprehensive climate-change models have scores, if
not hundreds of variables for which data are available and/or can be collected,
and an important part of mathematical modelling is analyzing the relative sensitivity
of the model results to minor changes in those variables. The modeler can
justify “tweaking” the model by making slight changes to parts of the model
that are affected by sensitive data input variables, based on inherent sampling
error and professional judgement, and is likely to lean toward adjustments that
will favor the outcome pleasing the people funding the research.
Is climate change “an
existential threat” to human life on this planet? Yes, in the same sense that a
tsunami or a tornado is. But analysis of the data from biological records like growth
rings in ancient plant fossils, geological records in the ancient formations of
the earth’s crust, and thousands of years of hydrologic records preserved in
polar ice cap boring cores, shows that much greater climate changes than those
caused by recent human activity have occurred repeatedly in the history of our
planet. A few degrees of temperature change will affect human life and activity,
but destroying a robust economy in the name of slowing or stopping climate
change will affect people’s lives negatively much more quickly and tangibly. Should
we limit the negative impact of human activity on the environment as much as we
can? Of course. But claims that we are all going to die from climate change in
a few years is more than hyperbole, it is blatant political fear mongering. The
effects of the economic lockdown of the past 18 months in response to the COVID
pandemic is ample evidence that there are much more serious man-man threats to
human existence than climate change.
The major conflict
behind all the crises threatening civilization today can be understood in terms
of the universal struggle between good and evil. And indeed, many people see it
that way, but there are differences of opinion about what is good, and what is
evil. Only a seriously deranged individual would deliberately choose evil over
good, but of course, we have seen that happen in the past in totalitarian
governments, notably in Russia, Germany, and China, resulting in millions of
deaths, and it will most likely continue to happen. It is easy to be fooled by political
operatives who use lies and half-truths to stoke fear and hatred to divide a
free society. Our options do not often appear in the form of simple binary
choices. Rather than black or white, the choices we are confronted with, often
appear to come in many shades of gray.
A very real problem lies
in the fact that neither pure good nor pure evil exists in isolation, and the world
we experience exists because of the separation of self from other. This is the
basic duality of physical reality. (See G. Spencer Brown, Laws of Form,
and Close, ER, Transcendental Physics.) But we know now that the
physical universe is only about 4.9% of reality, and the other 95.1% is
non-physical. (See Neppe and Close, The fourteenth conundrum, IQNexus
Journal 2015). Based on the model developed by Dr. Vernon Neppe, MD, PhD, and
me, I conclude that all dynamic processes, including physical change, are
driven by the slow progress of finite consciousness toward Cosmic

The references cited
above are mentioned only to emphasize the fact that besides extensive
experience in education, government, and independent mind-matter research, the
observations and conclusions I want to present here are also supported by a
comprehensive scientific paradigm that has not been seriously challenged. These
references and other relevant publications are listed in more detail at the end
of this article for anyone who wants to pursue the science further.

CRITICAL AXIOMATIC DEFINITIONS
AND PRINCIPLES
Reality consists of everything
that exists phenomenologically.
Aspects of conceptual
models in human minds that do not correspond to existing Reality are false.
Everything that
exists is embedded in, and part of the infinitely continuous field of all-pervasive
Primary Consciousness.
The sole purpose and
goal of existence is the spiritual evolution of consciousness from simple
awareness to Cosmic Consciousness.
Cosmic Consciousness
is complete realization of oneness with the Self of Infinite, all-pervasive
Primary Consciousness. Jesus of Nazareth, Krishna, Gautama Buddha, and a few
others are historical examples of this.
Good and evil exist
in the world of duality. Good is anything that promotes spiritual evolution
toward Cosmic Consciousness. Evil is anything that hampers or reverses
spiritual evolution.
Therefore, good and evil
are equivalent to existence and non-existence, phenomenologically, and have the
logical indicative values of True and False, respectively.
Within the limits of
the innate logic of Primary Consciousness which manifest as the Laws of Nature,
conscious beings have free will to choose actions that result in either good or
evil, as defined above. Ultimately, only Pure Consciousness exists.
Absolute truth and reality
do exist, despite the popular notion that reality is whatever a persuasive liar
can make people think it is.
OBSERVATIONS, CONCLUSIONS,
PREDICTIONS AND OPINIONS
Based on my
understanding of the comprehensive model of Reality referred to in the archived
posts in this blog, and in numerous technical papers and books as the Triadic
Dimensional Vortical Paradigm (TDVP), validated by extensive verification with
experimental data from mainstream science, including from the Large hadron
Collider, other quantum physics experiments, the Hubble Space Probe, and my
personal experience, I am confident in presenting the following observations, conclusions,
predictions, and opinions. I realize that in today’s ultra-emotional, politically-divided
world, what I have to say will likely be about as effective as a teardrop in a
tornado, but I still feel that I must speak up.
Observations and
Conclusions
The good news is
that we are in the early stages of a 12,000-year period of ascending mental and
spiritual virtue, so things are slowly improving. The bad news is that there is
a lot of negativity and resistance to positive change, because we are only a
little over 10% into this ascending time cycle.
The current crises
impacting all the nations of the world are of our own making. Because public
education in the USA has been systematically converted to political propaganda
centers that ignore spirituality, promote immoral perversion, and create a
subservient working class, the majority of souls now incarnate are more often choosing
evil than good. Because so many uninformed self-centered actions have been counter
to the purpose and goal of conscious existence, i.e., positive spiritual evolution,
we are beginning to experience a sharp increase in deaths and dying. This
purging of the Earth of evil is in fact, a sign of the times, and constitutes a
major harvesting of souls.
How did this happen
in the USA, the first nation in modern history to break from the tyranny of the
ruling classes and create a government “of the people, for the people, and by
the people”? That’s difficult to explain in a short blog, but I must try.
Every human soul,
consisting of body, mind, and spirit, contains all the seeds of good and evil,
reflecting the dual nature of the world. And because “Sufficient unto the day is the evil
thereof” even the best of intentions may be subverted by the evil inherent in
this world.
Governments
require burocracy, and burocracy magnifies the inherent evil harbored by those
who run it. This has happened with the introduction of evil
retrogressive political philosophies of totalitarian government by a variety of
loosely associated, self-proclaimed “elite” groups who seek power. These groups
are the current reincarnation of the same type of evil tyrants, abusive Monarchs,
Emperors, and dictators who ruled in the past, now appearing as Marxist
Communist and Socialist politicians who believe that they are destined to rule
over the uninformed masses. They are typically materialists who deny the
existence of any form of intelligent consciousness greater than their own. Of
course, not all people in government are evil, so how can we know who the evil politicians
are? That question was answered in the Sermon on the Mount: “Ye shall know them
by their fruit” – i.e., the fruits of their actions.
Many Marxist and
socialist ideas are attractive, and not all people who espouse them are evil.
But, in general, Marxist groups work to suppress the liberty and freedom of the
individuals they seek to govern. Because they deny the human need to learn and
grow spiritually, they are perpetrators of evil, whether they are conscious of it
or not. When allowed to gain sufficient power, it is not unusual for atheistic autocrats
to begin to believe that they have the right to decide who lives and who dies, and
they believe that their actions are for the greater good of humanity.
This psychopathic
assumption of a god-like role is a serious form of mental illness, and such autocrats
often regress spiritually to the point that they enjoy participating in perverse
sexual rituals, swearing blood oaths to subversive organizations, and committing
ritualistic murders, even participating in depraved Satanic practices.
Evil is much more
subtle today than it was in the days of tribal rulers, kings, and emperors.
Instead of subjugation by overt brute force and violence, those coveting power
over others now generate fear in more subtle ways. They subvert the meaning of common
words and phrases to portray evil perversions as good, and label spiritual
practices as evil. Lies are presented as truth and traditional beliefs are
ridiculed as foolish and naïve.
The Apostle Paul
warned: “There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers
of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their
parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without
self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited,
lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God — having a form of godliness but
denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.” — 2 Timothy 3:1-5
Today’s ruling elite
have become increasingly evil political parasites. They and their enablers became
wealthy by taking advantage of the opportunities of the free society of America,
and now openly use their wealth to buy votes, steal elections and consolidate
their power. Their successes enable them to believe their own lies and praise the
false utopian governmental theories epitomized by Marxist economics and dialectic
materialism. These career autocrats are not traditional American Democrats or
Republicans. They are opportunistic societal parasites who have infiltrated
both major political parties, and with their wealthy enablers now control the
major news media, entertainment, sports, and much of the un-elected ranks of
civil service. They identify as compassionate humanists but reveal themselves
“by the fruits of their actions” to be functional atheists and haters of good virtue.
While ridiculing and condemning all forms of authentic spiritual practice, they
often pretend to believe in one or another of the traditional organized religions,
solely in order to garner popular support. A reasonable conclusion is that, as
their power increases, only the “second coming” of the consciousness called
Christ will be able to stop them. But this second coming will not be in the
form expected by most Christians, and cannot be predicted. See The

Predictions
Expect things to get
worse before they get better, with many more deaths during the next six months.
The Earth will be depopulated because of the deliberate corruption of civil
society. It appears now that approximately 75% of the pre-harvest human
population may die. The self-appointed elite will be rudely awakened from their
delusions of grandeur, to find that they have far less control of the horrors
they have unleashed on the world for personal gain than they imagined. They and
their enablers will comprise most of the harvested souls, whose fate will be
destruction.
“…wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to
destruction, and many there be which go in thereat … strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be
that find it.”
Despite the fear and
panic caused by suppression of personal liberty and freedom by the efforts of
the autocrats to control the masses, a brighter future of increased awareness
of the innate spiritual nature of Reality is coming for those who survive the
massive harvesting of souls, as then level of mental and spiritual virtue increases
and Christ Consciousness becomes manifest. They will inherit the New Earth, purified,
and purged of the corruption of the past.
“Blessed are the
meek, for they shall inherit the Earth.”
The idea of a
one-world global government is neither new, nor necessarily evil. There will be
a global government in the future. But it will come about as a natural result
of the positive development of mental and spiritual virtue, not coercion by
tyrants.
Opinions
In my opinion, the
micro-organism known as SARS-CoV-2, capable of causing the severe flu-like symptoms
of a disease called COVID-19, is a man-made genetically engineered bioweapon
created in a Chinese lab funded and controlled by members of covert US globalists
in cooperation with the Chinese Communist Party. The most likely scenario, in
my opinion is that it was deliberately crafted from a natural corona virus as
one of several bioweapons created for the purpose of protecting and furthering
the spread of Marxist Communism worldwide.
These enhanced
viruses were manufactured under the guise of “gain-of-function research,” originally
initiated in the US to learn more about how viruses mutate. They were considered
by most scientists with no political or monetary interest in the project as
dangerous, so the work was covertly transferred to China, where the CCP could
control it.
The subversive
forces pushing global Communism did not expect their candidate to lose the 2016
US Presidential election, or the US economic boom that was caused by the rogue
president’s lifting of many of the controls they had managed to implement over
the past fifty years.
I believe their
operatives released the first bioweapon being prepared in the Wuhan lab where
they could blame lax security conditions, but because the release was forced
prematurely, the enhanced SARS-CoV-2 bioweapon was not quite ready. As a
result, the infections were not as deadly as expected. The mortality rate was
similar to that of a normal flu.
Because of these
unexpected problems, globalist activists embedded in the US political parties, in
all three branches of government, and in civil service organizations - notably
the CIA, FBI, and CDC - took immediate action - mostly illegal and
unconstitutional - to stop the rogue President and destroy the booming US economy
that threatened the dominance of global Communism.
A backup plan to
control the uninformed independent thinkers and the rogue President’s backers with
fear generated by illegally mandated lockdowns, questionable preventive
protocols and hastily prepared tests and vaccines was hastily implemented. The
CDC and complicit doctors focused on Covid-19 infection rates, which were as
high and wide-spread as common colds and flu, and death rates were inflated by
various means to stoke fear.
Finally, the mask
and vaccination protocols being proposed as mandates to be forced on the
general public are not science based, they are politically motivated. They are
clearly inappropriate for many individuals, including me, and should not be mandated
for everyone. I will explain explicitly why they are not appropriate for me
personally, why I rarely wear a mask, and why, so far, I have chosen not to be
vaccinated for SARS-CoV-2.
My personal reasons for
not complying with the government’s suggestions for dealing with the Covid pandemic
have nothing to do with politics. As a registered professional environmental
engineer with years of experience in hazardous waste remediation and disposal,
a certified mold inspector, and an experienced healthcare researcher, I have
worn surgical masks, N-95 and P-95, respirators, partial and full-face
protection, and other types of personal protection equipment (PPE) many times, when
appropriate for various type of exposure to health hazards.
There are specific
situations when a surgical mask can protect a doctor or healthcare worker from pathogens
in the bodily fluids of infected patients, or help prevent the spread of
infectious disease from a sick person who might be coughing or sneezing, but
there is no scientific evidence that wearing a mask for long periods of time,
indoors and outside, has any effect on the spread of viral epidemics. In fact,
there is evidence that continual wearing of masks can have detrimental health
effects and make respiratory infections worse. There is no scientific
justification for general mask mandates. However, everyone should wear a mask
when it’s appropriate, and I might wear one when there is no scientific justification,
in the presence of those who have no knowledge of the science (like our current
President and his enablers) to avoid unnecessary harassment.
I believe that it is
very likely that far more people will die as a result of the attempts of a loosely
associated cabal of self-appointed elites to take advantage of the impact of an
infectious disease they manufactured to social engineer a global government
based on Marxist principles, than from the COVID-19 pandemic itself.
Even though I am
among those considered to be at risk, simply because of my age, I have not
chosen to get vaccinated for the following reasons: 1) I have none of the
illnesses often typical of people in my age group and much younger groups. 2) I
have avoided pharmaceutical drugs, over-the-counter medicines, and vaccines for
more than 40 years, and yet have had only one or two short episodes of mild cold
or flu-like symptoms in the past 12 years, indicating a strong natural immune
system. 3) In 2020, I was exposed, in close quarters, to hundreds of people with
COVID-19 symptoms without masks, and yet I developed only very mild symptoms
and was classified as asymptomatic and voluntarily self-quarantined.
I choose not to take
the shots offered for COVID-19 or any other corona virus flu because my
research and personal experience tells me that taking them would not protect me
or anyone else and could impact my natural immunity.
In summary, as a multi-discipline
scientist with decades of relevant experience, I see evidence that the current triad
of world-wide political, psychological, and physical health crises, are
entirely man-made under the direction of mis-guided people with evil intent.
These ill-conceived psychotic attempts to play God are now out of control and
will probably result in a harvesting of aberrant souls of truly Biblical
proportions.
